Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ingemar Jonasson kicked off to start the match. 6 minutes into the match, Oakcroft Thrashers's goal looked a bit too open when Luz Tejedor came free, but Christoffer Modig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emmanuel Reyes made in the 11th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Eliseo Mina however managed to control. 12 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christoffer Modig. Oakcroft Thrashers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Murillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Luz Tejedor might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christoffer Modig. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luz Tejedor ran back to his position shaking his head. Christoffer Modig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luz Tejedor in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 26th minute of play forced Oakcroft Thrashers's goalkeeper Christoffer Modig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Oakcroft Thrashers getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Harry Ekeberg hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ingemar Jonasson in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Noboa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Ingemar Jonasson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oakcroft Thrashers's supporters rose to their feet, but Ingemar Jonasson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Noboa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Julian Murillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Christoffer Modig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 54th minute Eliseo Mina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christoffer Modig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 57 played minutes Oakcroft Thrashers got a freekick which was hit by Ludwig Ståhlman. 58 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christoffer Modig narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hugo Hellgren's late challenge caught a Peru's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hugo Hellgren helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Peru booed when Oakcroft Thrashers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Hellgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oakcroft Thrashers's Christoffer Modig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 64th minute of play. In the 71st minute Ingemar Jonasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christoffer Modig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Mina in the 73rd minute of play. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingemar Jonasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After 82 played minutes Oakcroft Thrashers got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Hellgren. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Oakcroft Thrashers's Anders Andersson was substituted for Ingemar Jonasson. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eliseo Mina in the 86th minute. The corner led Peru's Milagros Fraga to fire away a dangerous shot which Christoffer Modig despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 88th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Eliseo Mina went to the cornerflag to take it. After some careless play in the Oakcroft Thrashers defense, Rafael Gallo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christoffer Modig. The Oakcroft Thrashers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christoffer Modig should have stopped the shot. When the match was over Peru could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Oakcroft Thrashers throughout the match.
