Sad Aimar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Damazy Zacharek scored 3-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 43rd minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sad Aimar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Arkadiusz Motyl tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stano Stanov did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-0 to the left of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant 47 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. When Joshua Secada fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Arkadiusz Motyl put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Yelonki's Grzegorz Kalemba was substituted for Stano Stanov. When Damazy Zacharek came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Yelonki fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damazy Zacharek couldn't finish the play. 81 minutes in the game Aureliusz Siwek did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Grzegorz Kalemba. In the 82nd minute, Arkadiusz Motyl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Yelonki's Sad Aimar got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Arkadiusz Motyl came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grzegorz Kalemba in the 96th minute of play. Grzegorz Kalemba took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Yelonki fully deserved thier win.
