Amável Brochado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 42nd minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of MAKRO's Amável Brochado. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Amável Brochado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-6. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Amável Brochado made a huge save. In the 91st match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Arias to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 91 minutes, Gaspar Correia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MAKRO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaspar Correia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
