Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Birger Påk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Birger Påk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Attilio Pezzella kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After having played for 25 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 37 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Arias. After having played for 40 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Birger Påk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Aktan Sara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stream Sponsoren's supporters rose to their feet, but Aktan Sara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Stream Sponsoren was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arvin Lindell to maneuver through the defense. Primitivo Andino charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Primitivo Andino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 54th minute Aktan Sara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Stream Sponsoren's goalkeeper Birger Påk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. In the 64th minute, Aktan Sara made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aktan Sara, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Elliott Drake stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Elliott Drake tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute Aktan Sara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Many of Ecuador's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ecuador may have spent more time on the ball, but Stream Sponsoren were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
