The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddie Brun in the 73rd minute of play forced Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eddie Brun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demonde Jacobson having to interfere.
