Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Kickers United booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Dino Maquiano could shoot a difficult shot in the 9th minute, which Jonathan Ferrant however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 10th minute. Cederik Huts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 15th minute of play. Nicolaas Van Bombergen kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dino Maquiano in the 21st minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Maquiano came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Dino Maquiano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kickers United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Kickers United's Tomás Firmin got a free kick in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lode Rouvroys in the 38th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dino Maquiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dino Maquiano to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Lode Rouvroys hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dino Maquiano took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bobby Debruyn during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cederik Huts came out and tried to block the shot, but Tomas Illescas slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 65th minute. In the 68th minute, Nicolaas Van Bombergen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kickers United's Antonio Netels was substituted for Dionisio Gartzi. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lode Rouvroys in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 80 played minutes Kickers United got a freekick which was hit by Nicolaas Van Bombergen. 84 minutes into the game, Nicolaas Van Bombergen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kickers United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Kickers United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolaas Van Bombergen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kickers United's zone, Patricio Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cederik Huts came out of the goal and Patricio Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicolaas Van Bombergen kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Kickers United's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
