Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joel Gaona kicked off to start the match. 2 minutes into the game, Lautaro Mancebo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Edvin van der Saar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dante Lacasa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Giotis Michailidis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 6 minute of play. Edvin van der Saar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 11th minute of the match. In the 13th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvin van der Saar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edvin van der Saar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 14th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the game, Mexico's Joel Gaona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edvin van der Saar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 28th minute of play forced Someliéri's goalkeeper Edvin van der Saar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo to a score. 1-3 in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Argi Villar in the 35th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Someliéri getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Ladislav Chmelo hit a great ball. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st minute of the match Fe Fe sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dante Lacasa skillfully saved the ball. Fe Fe hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 43rd minute of play forced Someliéri's goalkeeper Edvin van der Saar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Giotis Michailidis made the kick off in the second half. Giotis Michailidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Felix Luque hit a great ball. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladislav Chmelo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Mexico's Edvin van der Saar threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Facundo Cadaval, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Alberto Tafallas short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Edvin van der Saar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavino Laurendi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Someliéri's Edvin van der Saar got control of the ball when Facundo Cadaval tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Someliéri's Ladislav Chmelo got a free kick in the 69th minute. Alberto Tafalla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edvin van der Saar having to make a save. Someliéri's Edvin van der Saar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Someliéri from getting a goal against them. Fe Fe hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvin van der Saar having to interfere. In the 78thth minute of the game Joel Gaona who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Someliéri's Edvin van der Saar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 79th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Edvin van der Saar made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Luca Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Edvin van der Saar made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Mexico's Alberto Tafalla slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edvin van der Saar. That made the score 1-4 after 86 minutes of play. Dante Lacasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Giotis Michailidis went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. Mexico's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
