Llorenc Silvestre made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 10 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Llorenc Silvestre was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 12th minute, Anísio Arósio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, East Telde United's Piotr Bernaciak got a free kick in the 15th minute. Julio Vera was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Anísio Arósio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 16 minute of play. Llorenc Silvestre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Llorenc Silvestre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 22nd minute of play. In the 26th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. East Telde United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Agustín Saelices got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-3. 26 minutes into the match. 29 minutes into the match, East Telde United's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Llorenc Silvestre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 30th minute. Llorenc Silvestre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Piotr Gacek was the one to do the kick off. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 50th minute. Llorenc Silvestre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Llorenc Silvestre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to East Telde United getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Piotr Bernaciak hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in East Telde United's zone, Luis Andino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Llorenc Silvestre came out of the goal and Luis Andino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anísio Arósio in the 68th minute of play. Daniel Zorita's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Llorenc Silvestre skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 80 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Piotr Gacek came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd match minute, East Telde United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximino Riells to maneuver through the defense. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play.
