The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Eliseo Noboa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Noboa to maneuver through the defense. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Jaktorowo, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Efrain Moruga hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Abel Carballo got a free kick in the 10th minute. FC Stoners's Mieszko Skoroda got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Abel Carballo hit a great ball. Edward Jaktorowo struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Stoners. Lautaro Puig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute, Youri Simonot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Jaktorowo in the 21st minute of the match. Edward Jaktorowo succeeded in the game's 23rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Youri Simonot sent off a good shot on target. 27 minutes into the game, Edward Jaktorowo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Jaktorowo in the 31st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Endri Kamil took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Benito Sanz to make any attempt to save it. After 41 played minutes Edward Jaktorowo rounded Costa Rica's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-0. In the 47th minute, Edward Jaktorowo made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Axel Tasis to make the kick off. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edward Jaktorowo went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Jaktorowo in the 60th minute of play. A collision led to FC Stoners getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Mark Keng hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's Axel Tasis broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 65 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Endri Kamil came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute, Endri Kamil made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edward Jaktorowo went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Jaktorowo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Youri Simonot made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. After 87 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Axel Tasis. Youri Simonot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Youri Simonot in the 98th minute of play. FC Stoners walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
