Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Paraguay's Jaime Pardo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rui Bento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. Gaspar Cordeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. Jaime Pardo scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacinto Vaz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Primitivo Escribano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Ken United's zone, Jaime Pardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacinto Vaz came out of the goal and Jaime Pardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector Covarrubias to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Freire came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Ken United getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Porfírio Regalado hit a great ball. Juan Diego Tenorio hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Jaime Pardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Primitivo Escribano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 54 played minutes Ken United got a freekick which was hit by Porfírio Regalado. Ken United's Jacinto Vaz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Ken United from getting a goal against them. After 59 played minutes Ken United got a freekick which was hit by Porfírio Regalado. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Jaime Pardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paraguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Pardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacinto Vaz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rui Bento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paraguay's Jaime Pardo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 63rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 66 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Escribano. Paraguay's Jaime Pardo got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 83 minutes of play Ken United's Porfírio Regalado was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Ken United's Porfírio Regalado got a free kick in the 83rd minute. A collision led to Paraguay getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Jaime Pardo hit a great ball. Gastão Soeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Jaime Pardo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Jacinto Vaz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The Ken United fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Paraguay were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
