Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Aaron Tiso notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Colombia's Pedro Manzanares. Everardo Bidun took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 32nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Xeneizes's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Xeneizes's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Mastache came free, but Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Colombia's Axel Montenegro managed to work through Xeneizes's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. But to his dismay, Santino Seco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Axel Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. When Colombia's Abram Sarmiento in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulgencio Peru, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Xeneizes's goal looked a bit too open when Santino Seco came free, but Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. The supporters of Colombia booed when Xeneizes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Everardo Bidun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xeneizes's Diego Rinaldi was substituted for Everardo Bidun. A collision led to Xeneizes getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Everardo Bidun hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joshua Garrido in the 75th minute of play forced Xeneizes's goalkeeper Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikolaj Smolarek in the 77th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Qi Xun went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Peru in the 93rd minute of the match. If Aristides Nastasio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
