Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tibalt Tanasio got the match started through his kick off. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandalio Domingo having to interfere. Sandalio Domingo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 18th minute of play. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luis Andino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sandalio Domingo having to make a save. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Sandalio Domingo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicanor Bajuelo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sandalio Domingo. The ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sandalio Domingo should have stopped the shot. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Sandalio Domingo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 55 minutes into the game, Primitivo Andino threw the ball into play from the sideline. ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ's Firmin Hurones quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 55th minute, Firmin Hurones hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Cristian Sancho scored to the left of an out of position Sandalio Domingo, making the score, 0-5. Luis Andino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sandalio Domingo came out and tried to block the shot, but Luis Andino slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 62nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sandalio Domingo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 72nd play minute Daniel Zorita came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Sandalio Domingo. 0-7. The supporters of Ecuador booed when ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beltza Galnares didn't get a good kick on the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sandalio Domingo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Sandalio Domingo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
