Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Axel Tasis kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Axel Tasis hit a great ball. Eduard Zgondea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Eduard Zgondea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, YR☆ Village Superstars's Benito Sanz threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Calistrat Enoiu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aaron Alcocer during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aaron Alcocer kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Axel Tasis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eliodor Hâjdău. YR☆ Village Superstars's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Axel Tasis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Peder Harlén charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Peder Harlén the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 20 played minutes YR☆ Village Superstars got a freekick which was hit by Peder Harlén. In the 21st minute, Eliseo Noboa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pawel Gajewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Abel Carballo hit a great ball. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eduard Zgondea who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Benito Sanz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Juan Rubio hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute, Eduard Zgondea made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 47th minute, Abel Carballo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eduard Zgondea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of YR☆ Village Superstars booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Rubio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig got a free kick in the 55th minute. When Evert Ahlén came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the YR☆ Village Superstars fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evert Ahlén couldn't finish the play. Eliodor Hâjdău came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Costa Rica's Axel Tasis. But to his dismay, Axel Tasis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Göran Klack hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Eliseo Noboa's late challenge caught a YR☆ Village Superstars's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eliseo Noboa helped the player get up and apologised. Eliseo Noboa hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. 3-2 became the score in the 68th minute when Eduard Zgondea elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calistrat Enoiu in the 72nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Axel Tasis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Costa Rica's supporters rose to their feet, but Axel Tasis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eliodor Hâjdău breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliodor Hâjdău showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Noboa, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 81st minute Eduard Zgondea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Eliseo Noboa hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, Eduard Zgondea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The YR☆ Village Superstars fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. The audience was convinced that Axel Tasis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eliodor Hâjdău was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. YR☆ Village Superstars had played much better football throughout.
