Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edmundo Espiga kicked off to start the match. Bo Bruhn shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aljoša Čurina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joar Blomqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aljoša Čurina in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Aljoša Čurina kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lautaro Navarro. That made the score 1-0 in the 17 minute of play. After some careless play in the FK VRBAS defense, Luca Espinar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joar Blomqvist. The FK VRBAS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joar Blomqvist should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Sebastian Villa hit a great ball. Mustafa Jusufović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. Mustafa Jusufović took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Aljoša Čurina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Valentín Carvallo got a free kick in the 29th minute. Aljoša Čurina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmundo Espiga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joar Blomqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Moises Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Joar Blomqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, FK VRBAS's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Joar Blomqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 42 minutes, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Villa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aljoša Čurina made a kick off. FK VRBAS's Joar Blomqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Villa in the 52nd minute of play. When Milagros Cabal fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Honduras's protests and gave Milagros Cabal a yellow card for diving instead. Milagros Cabal hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafa Jusufović in the 55th minute of play. FK VRBAS's Ove Klemensson was substituted for Mustafa Jusufović. In the 60th minute, Aljoša Čurina ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mijo Hrvić in the 63 minute of the game. The supporters of Honduras booed when FK VRBAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Staffan Siöberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aljoša Čurina in the 67th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FK VRBAS getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Mijo Hrvić hit a great ball. The FK VRBAS fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when FK VRBAS's Aljoša Čurina looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpected shot in the 74th minute by Edmundo Espiga got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After having played for 76 minutes, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmundo Espiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FK VRBAS's Ove Klemensson got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 81 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Jure Broz came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by FK VRBAS's Ove Klemensson. But to his dismay, Ove Klemensson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. 89 minutes into the match, Honduras's Moises Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joar Blomqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 91 minutes into the match, FK VRBAS's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Joar Blomqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joar Blomqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 94th minute of play.
