Madvik FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Lacasa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Carles Olle didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Jacobo Venerando's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Carles Olle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Jacobo Venerando notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Chile's Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Madvik FC's Carles Olle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 20th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacobo Venerando got free with Thiago Pliego in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariano Lacasa in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carles Olle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Carles Olle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. When Chile's Mariano Lacasa in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Madvik FC's goalie prevented a goal. A hard shot 40 in the game by Jacobo Venerando from a close distance when the talented Thiago Pliego managed to make a qualified save. Chile's players were relieved. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariano Lacasa was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Casaus in the 54th minute of play forced Madvik FC's goalkeeper Carles Olle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carles Olle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carles Olle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 59th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Madvik FC's Lucílio Vilanova sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jarbas Salgueiro hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Carles Olle was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Mariano Lacasa. In the 74th minute Chile were awarded a corner. Mariano Lacasa went to the cornerflag to take it. Pedro Teves hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Carles Olle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 79th minute. Felix Garrido made in the 81st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Madvik FC's Jorge Seixas. Lucílio Vilanova's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. In the 87th minute Chile were awarded a corner. Mariano Lacasa went to the cornerflag to take it. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mariano Lacasa succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-5 in the 92nd playminute. Madvik FC's Lucílio Vilanova got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded Chile left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Madvik FC.
