Vende Humo's Benito Saturnin got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vende Humo's Silvano Blech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 6th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benito Saturnin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the game, Benito Saturnin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pedro Manzanares. Benito Saturnin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Colombia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Benito Saturnin scored to the left of an out of position Pedro Manzanares, making the score, 2-1. In the 30th minute, Axel Montenegro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mati Rodriguez during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 32nd minute, Mati Rodriguez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 41 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Joshua Garrido. Silvano Blech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benito Saturnin was the one to do the kick off. In the 59th minute, Benito Saturnin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The throw-in from Orlando Tafalla in the 63rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Vende Humo's Urban Geenen. In the 66th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Tafalla to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute of the match, Ignacio Mastache tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Silvano Blech saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Kevin Mastache came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Colombia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kevin Mastache couldn't finish the play. 83 minutes into the game, Urban Geenen threw the ball into play from the sideline. Colombia's Luis Cazalla quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 86th minute Benito Saturnin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Saturnin in the 87th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Colombia's Santino Seco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silvano Blech narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kevin Mastache scored 2-3 in the 98th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silvano Blech, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Colombia players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
