Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes into the match, Stowe City's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Kaj Helström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Cristian Sancho put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Kaj Helström. Kaj Helström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 28th minute of the match. Kaj Helström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Kaj Helström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. The supporters of Stowe City booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gisbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Niles Crane could shoot a difficult shot in the 36th minute, which Julio Vera however easily saved by the left post. Kaj Helström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 41st minute of the match. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. In the 44th match minute, Stowe City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ward Neal to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Stowe City made a substitution. Matt Briggs replaced Ward Neal. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fraser Legzdins during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fraser Legzdins hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Matt Briggs kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Luis Andino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. In the 78th minute Niles Crane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Niles Crane tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Stowe City fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
