Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Pepe Bomba got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of FC Beatriz 08 booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 12th minute of play forced FC Beatriz 08's goalkeeper Eurico lago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Márcio Cordeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eurico lago having to make a save. In the 17th minute, Márcio Cordeiro made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Eurico lago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Eurico lago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eurico lago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 37 minute of play, and Barto Sánchez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Barto Sánchez really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Márcio Cordeiro in the 40th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. Eurico lago came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Venezuela's Patricio Costa. But to his dismay, Patricio Costa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 57 minutes into the match, FC Beatriz 08's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Eurico lago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute, Márcio Cordeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In a very dangerous position, a player in Venezuela fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 63rd minute. Penalty! Venezuela:s Jonathan Ferrant showed great skill when he stopped Pepe Bomba:s penalty. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Barto Sánchez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Eurico lago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joshua Secada in the 70th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute of the match FC Beatriz 08 got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rui Eanes ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led FC Beatriz 08's Rui Eanes to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Barto Sánchez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Venezuela players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Beatriz 08.
