Edvin Svanströms short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Fårdala FF booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Gunnar Håning made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 18th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edvin Svanström, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Fårdala FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Alfors didn't get a good kick on the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. 26 minutes into the match, Edvin Svanström notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edvin Svanström had several of the Venezuela's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 35 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Jonathan Ferrant as he didn't even see the shot coming. Fårdala FF's Gunnar Håning played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 41st minute of play. If Lucio Panpili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Alex Chicote fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Alex Chicote a yellow card for diving instead. After 45 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Alex Chicote. In the 48th minute, Jonathan Alfors left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fårdala FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

In the 57thth minute of the game Edvin Svanström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 58th minute Jonathan Alfors shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fårdala FF's Gunnar Håning proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Fårdala FF from getting a goal against them. If Valdemar Sjöberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvin Svanström in the 82nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Valdemar Sjöberg fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fårdala FF's protests and gave Valdemar Sjöberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 86th match minute, Fårdala FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdemar Sjöberg to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Gunnar Håning made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucio Panpili in the 90th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Fårdala FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Panpili didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Fårdala FF's goalkeeper Gunnar Håning had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Fårdala FF fans cheered their team off the field, for while Venezuela had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
