Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Wiliam Peren kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Edgardo Gonzalez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 8 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cheb Diafat who took care of the corner kick. Wiliam Peren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Wiliam Peren tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Edgardo Gonzalez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgardo Gonzalez's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Alexander Pérez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 25th minute of play. Alberto Ramirez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 31st minute of the match, Edgardo Gonzalez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonathan Ferrant saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Wiliam Peren's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 36 minutes of play, San Roque FC's Wiliam Peren made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edgardo Gonzalez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgardo Gonzalez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute Venezuela were awarded a corner. Tomas Illescas went to the cornerflag to take it. Edgardo Gonzalez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. Edgardo Gonzalez might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edgardo Gonzalez ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexander Pérez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Tomas Illescas fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Tomas Illescas a yellow card for diving instead. Tomas Illescas hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. San Roque FC's Alexander Pérez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save San Roque FC from getting a goal against them. San Roque FC made a substitution. Tomás Pinilla replaced Edgardo Gonzalez. In the 70th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 71st minute. After 72 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Illescas. After having played for 76 minutes, Tomás Pinilla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Roque FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomás Pinilla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Venezuela booed when San Roque FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Ramirez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rdth minute of the game Tomás Pinilla who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 92 minutes, Tomás Pinilla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Roque FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomás Pinilla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 94 minutes, Alberto Ramirez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. When the referee ended the match the San Roque FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
