Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomasz Huchro kicked off to start the match. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amado Lider got free with Julio Vera in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amadeo Carrizo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Tomasz Huchro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. After 16 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Angel Osasun who took care of the corner kick. Amadeo Carrizo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 de Diciembre's Amadeo Carrizo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 23rd minute of play. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Tomasz Huchro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cayetano Maties kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Angel Osasun kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Amadeo Carrizo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. 9 de Diciembre's Amadeo Carrizo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 56th minute of play. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by 9 de Diciembre's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Amadeo Carrizo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Amadeo Carrizo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 67th minute, Tomasz Huchro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Amadeo Carrizo made a huge save. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomasz Huchro, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Amadeo Carrizo was a little too slow when Cristian Sancho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 2-2. Camilo Gisbert hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Ecuador players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
