Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) İsmail Cem Kadrettin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by DOLAPGÜCÜ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Tomas Illescas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Håkan Kinnman quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when İsmail Cem Kadrettin sent off a good shot on target. İsmail Cem Kadrettin was extremely unlucky when he, in the 12th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 18th minute of the match, Mehmet Osman Şafakoğlu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonathan Ferrant saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience was convinced that İsmail Cem Kadrettin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. In the 25th minute of the match, İsmail Cem Kadrettin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonathan Ferrant saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 26 minutes into the game, Mehmet Osman Şafakoğlu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 30 minutes into the match, DOLAPGÜCÜ's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Håkan Kinnman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when İsmail Cem Kadrettin came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, DOLAPGÜCÜ's İsmail Cem Kadrettin got a free kick in the 36th minute. Darko Kovačević scored 3-0 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 40th minute, DOLAPGÜCÜ's İsmail Cem Kadrettin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. In the 44th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Chicote to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and İsmail Cem Kadrettin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 58 minutes, Mehmet Osman Şafakoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DOLAPGÜCÜ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehmet Osman Şafakoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Darko Kovačević recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Håkan Kinnman made a huge save. Håkan Kinnman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Thanks to some nice moves Tomas Illescas could shoot a difficult shot in the 68th minute, which Håkan Kinnman however easily saved by the left post. In the 70th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute, Patricio Costa fired away a free kick, which, to Håkan Kinnman's relief, went just outside the right post. After having played for 72 minutes, Mehmet Osman Şafakoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DOLAPGÜCÜ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehmet Osman Şafakoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Mehmet Osman Şafakoğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Venezuela's Håkan Kinnman threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Patricio Costa, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İsmail Cem Kadrettin in the 90th minute of play. Mehmet Osman Şafakoğlu might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mehmet Osman Şafakoğlu ran back to his position shaking his head.
