A collision led to Głodne Ghule getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Kacper Urbański hit a great ball. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Głodne Ghule's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonard Dziechciowski came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th minute Robby Lewandowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Głodne Ghule's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. Ecuador's Max Alvarado was substituted for Felix Montes. A collision led to Głodne Ghule getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Kacper Urbański hit a great ball.
