Erhan İmren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Erhan İmren kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benito Sanz. That made the score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kaan Oyanalp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 14 minutes into the match, Axel Tasis notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of 11 ASLAN's Kaan Oyanalp. Kaan Oyanalp was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lautaro Puig charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lautaro Puig the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hürkan Ergün in the 19th minute. In the 21st match minute, 11 ASLAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Davut Yağızkan to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Eliseo Noboa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Costa Rica's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliseo Noboa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kaan Oyanalp breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erhan İmren in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 29 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ömür Perkel. Kaan Oyanalp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Tasis in the 31st minute of the match. Ömür Perkel kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 40th minute Axel Tasis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaan Oyanalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Ömür Perkel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benito Sanz. That made the score 3-2 in the 41 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hürkan Ergün got free with Benito Sanz in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erhan İmren made a kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 11 ASLAN's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Axel Tasis scored to the left of an out of position Kaan Oyanalp, making the score, 3-3. After 61 played minutes Axel Tasis rounded 11 ASLAN's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-4. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when 11 ASLAN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Davut Yağızkan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kaan Oyanalp was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eliseo Noboa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-5 in the 70 minute of play. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ömür Perkel in the 75th minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Lautaro Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Necati Şahin hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute, Axel Tasis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hürkan Ergün received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Erhan İmren notched a goal, 4-5, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 11 ASLAN's Erhan İmren got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The 11 ASLAN manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Costa Rica to win.
