Ilko Hindalov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, Stuart Byman dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pedro Manzanares, 1-0. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 11th minute of the game. One of Colombia:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of VN Keleler:s goal. 17 minutes into the game, Doychin Konsulov recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pedro Manzanares. Doychin Konsulov showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Velimir Popchev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 22nd minute of play. In the 26th minute, Kevin Mastache ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Velimir Popchev was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Velimir Popchev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santino Seco struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Velimir Popchev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Colombia. 42 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hakkı Kenan Pınar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hakkı Kenan Pınar got free with Pedro Manzanares in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of VN Keleler booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kevin Mastache didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 48th match minute, VN Keleler was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hakkı Kenan Pınar to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stuart Byman to strike the kick off in the second half. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hakkı Kenan Pınar in the 58th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doychin Konsulov in the 62nd minute of play. Velimir Popchev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 66th minute of play. Harris Zoolingen took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Ignacio Mastache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 76 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Hakkı Kenan Pınar came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Velimir Popchev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ignacio Mastache's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. After 79 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Santino Seco. 81 minutes into the match, VN Keleler's goal looked a bit too open when Santino Seco came free, but Velimir Popchev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hakkı Kenan Pınar, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Ignacio Mastache took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Velimir Popchev. Velimir Popchev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 93rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal.
