The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Billy Melander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Billy Melander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Seven Tempest FC's Billy Melander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 10th minute of play. Ecuador's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Jaunti Vidrio scored to the left of an out of position Julio Vera, making the score, 1-0. 18 minutes into the match, Jaunti Vidrio notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 24th minute of play forced Seven Tempest FC's goalkeeper Billy Melander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Billy Melander having to interfere. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosio Hermosilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, Felix Montenegro made a precise shot to the right of Billy Melander. Seven Tempest FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teofilo Silvestre got free with Julio Vera in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Seven Tempest FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rosio Hermosilla hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Osman Ergüç kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Seven Tempest FC's Venceslao Velilla was substituted for Colin Talbot. Seven Tempest FC's Andres Bujia was substituted for Jaunti Vidrio. Seven Tempest FC's Jano Škarpa was substituted for Rosio Hermosilla. After 61 minutes, Venceslao Velilla mouthed his way into the referee's book. Seven Tempest FC's Billy Melander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Seven Tempest FC from getting a goal against them. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Billy Melander having to interfere. Teofilo Silvestre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Billy Melander read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Billy Melander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head.
