Jakab Keresztesi hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ádám Bogdán saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Máté Gelencsér came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Máté Gelencsér went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Máté Gelencsér went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Géza Veress, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Máté Gelencsér showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. 39 minutes into the match, Máté Gelencsér notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 42 minutes into the game, one of Venezuela:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Venezuela:s Jonathan Ferrant showed great skill when he stopped Máté Gelencsér:s penalty. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes in the game Ye Jian Qiang did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Máté Gelencsér. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Máté Gelencsér in the 55th minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Máté Gelencsér came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Máté Gelencsér kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Békéscsaba 1912 Előre SE's Levente Baranyai was substituted for Roland László. Ádám Bogdán made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 64th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Salomon in the 68th minute of play. Alex Chicote charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alex Chicote the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Alex Chicote hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Pablo Salomon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Békéscsaba 1912 Előre SE's supporters rose to their feet, but Pablo Salomon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd minute, Pablo Salomon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 90th minute, Jakab Keresztesi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ádám Bogdán having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart.
