Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Julian Murillo made the kick off and thus started the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 3rd minute of play forced GARGOYLES's goalkeeper Nayden Vúlev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Milagros Fraga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nayden Vúlev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Slavyan Mechkuev. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Slavyan Mechkuev in the 21st minute of play. In the 24th minute, GARGOYLES's Ignacio Alvarez ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Julian Murillo took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nayden Vúlev. Nayden Vúlev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Antonio Sciotto's late challenge caught a Peru's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antonio Sciotto helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th minute, Antonio Sciotto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of GARGOYLES booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alonso Berganza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nayden Vúlev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ignacio Alvarez to strike the kick off in the second half. Nayden Vúlev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 53rd minute of play. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valko Nanyov in the 56th minute of the match. Peru were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after GARGOYLES's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. Peru's Alonso Berganza was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Nayden Vúlev in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Peru's Alonso Berganza quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Afonsinho Fernandes, made in the 65th minute of the game. If Ignacio Alvarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Alvarez in the 76th minute of play. 79 minutes into the game, Moises Gayoso threw the ball into play from the sideline. GARGOYLES's Antonio Sciotto quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 79 minutes, Ignacio Alvarez made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Peru's Rolando Noboa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Afonsinho Fernandes made in the 91st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Alonso Berganza. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Alonso Berganza hit a great ball. In the 95th minute, Antoni Proshev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
