Ema City's Bartosz Trzenzalski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Mina in the 15th minute of play. Bartosz Trzenzalski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Bartosz Trzenzalski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luz Tejedor, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 28 minutes into the game, José Carneiro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rolando Noboa. José Carneiro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 32nd minute, José Carneiro made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Diego Soñora hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when José Carneiro came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell José Carneiro to make the kick off. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Selçuk Özgebay in the 59th minute of play. Ema City made a substitution. Rafael Gallo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bartosz Trzenzalski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. The Ema City support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
