Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Illescas kicked off to start the match. When Rodolfo Marques fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saint Glenn Gothenburg's protests and gave Rodolfo Marques a yellow card for diving instead. After 3 played minutes Saint Glenn Gothenburg got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Marques. In the 4th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lennart Juhlin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 6th minute, Ludwig Hägg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 1-0. Ludwig Hägg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Ludwig Hägg notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludwig Hägg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Ludwig Hägg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ludwig Hägg in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 39th minute of play forced Saint Glenn Gothenburg's goalkeeper Lennart Juhlin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludwig Hägg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 42 minutes, Ludwig Hägg made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ludwig Hägg was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Ludwig Hägg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Ludwig Hägg scored 7-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 64 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Alex Chicote. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Tomas Illescas put it in 7-1 from a short distance just to the right of Lennart Juhlin. In the 74th minute, Ludwig Hägg made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-1. Saint Glenn Gothenburg made a substitution. Dawid Watarz replaced Demesio Faxardo. Ludwig Hägg took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-1. 81 minutes into the game, Mahoma Lopez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saint Glenn Gothenburg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludwig Hägg in the 84th minute of play. Patricio Costa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lennart Juhlin having to make a save. In the 87th match minute, Saint Glenn Gothenburg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludwig Hägg to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludwig Hägg in the 91st minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Saint Glenn Gothenburg's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Lennart Juhlin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Venezuela players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Saint Glenn Gothenburg.
