In the 4th minute, Edmundo Espiga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Honduras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Nils-Erik Sjögren kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Edmundo Espiga took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Shingo Frommer. Shingo Frommer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Valentín Carvallo hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, CSC SIGHET -MM-'s Lautaro Navarro threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Waldemar Kilarski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 17 minutes, Emanuel Ocampo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Honduras and the CSC SIGHET -MM- players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of CSC SIGHET -MM- booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Ocampo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Honorio Bujia got free with Lautaro Navarro in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 23rd minute of play forced CSC SIGHET -MM-'s goalkeeper Shingo Frommer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in CSC SIGHET -MM-'s zone, Edmundo Espiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Shingo Frommer came out of the goal and Edmundo Espiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 27th match minute, CSC SIGHET -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gică Baștină to maneuver through the defense. Shingo Frommer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 28th minute of play. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Edmundo Espiga sped through CSC SIGHET -MM-'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Shingo Frommer. The supporters of CSC SIGHET -MM- booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentín Carvallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Nils-Erik Sjögren came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the CSC SIGHET -MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nils-Erik Sjögren couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Honorio Bujia during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 38th minute, Honorio Bujia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 39 minutes into the match, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Villa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Shingo Frommer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vute Tzarev kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, CSC SIGHET -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Shingo Frommer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The CSC SIGHET -MM- players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Honduras were winning 0-3.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmundo Espiga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gică Baștină received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 55 played minutes CSC SIGHET -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Kaapo Miner. Vute Tzarev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes in the game Honorio Bujia did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Kaapo Miner. 69 minutes into the match, CSC SIGHET -MM-'s goalkeeper Shingo Frommer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmundo Espiga. A collision led to CSC SIGHET -MM- getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Honorio Bujia hit a great ball. Shingo Frommer came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Honduras's Sebastian Villa. But to his dismay, Sebastian Villa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. When Waldemar Kilarski came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the CSC SIGHET -MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waldemar Kilarski couldn't finish the play. 76 minutes into the match, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Shingo Frommer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, CSC SIGHET -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Shingo Frommer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Nils-Erik Sjögren came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Nils-Erik Sjögren fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CSC SIGHET -MM-'s protests and gave Nils-Erik Sjögren a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, CSC SIGHET -MM-'s Nils-Erik Sjögren got a free kick in the 90th minute. Shingo Frommer was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Edmundo Espiga capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edmundo Espiga really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5.
