Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. FC Kolos's Geovani Baiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 4th minute of play. Juan Sebastián Puig kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 7th minute Lars Bjurström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 11th minute of play forced FC Kolos's goalkeeper Geovani Baiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geovani Baiano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Tykhon Burdiyan hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovani Baiano having to interfere. FC Kolos's Geovani Baiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 28th minute of play. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 32nd play minutes Lars Bjurström shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Julio Vera and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 36th minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovani Baiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, FC Kolos's Lars Bjurström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Montenegro in the 44th minute of play forced FC Kolos's goalkeeper Geovani Baiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Kolos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lars Bjurström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 60th minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Geovani Baiano made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. FC Kolos's Geovani Baiano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save FC Kolos from getting a goal against them. After 70 minutes FC Kolos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Bjurström in the 78th minute of play. Cristian Sancho had several of the FC Kolos's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 87 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed Geovani Baiano as he didn't even see the shot coming. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Bjurström in the 90th minute of play.
