Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the game, Santos Felipillo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benito Sanz. Santos Felipillo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Severo Laurgain in the 11thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Benito Sanz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Juan Rubio got a free kick in the 11th minute. The supporters of Social y Dep. Patagonia booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Carballo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aaron Alcocer kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. When Santos Felipillo came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Social y Dep. Patagonia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santos Felipillo couldn't finish the play. 18 minutes into the game, Social y Dep. Patagonia's Santos Felipillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Modesto Lehen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Social y Dep. Patagonia made a substitution. Arnaldo Bastia replaced Santos Felipillo. In the 24th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efrain Moruga to maneuver through the defense. Efrain Moruga made in the 26th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Social y Dep. Patagonia's Kazimierz Oliszewski. 27 minutes into the game, Severo Laurgain cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Aaron Alcocer got a free kick in the 30th minute. Severo Laurgain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Social y Dep. Patagonia's Severo Laurgain. But to his dismay, Severo Laurgain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Severo Laurgain made a kick off. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Severo Laurgain went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. 60 minutes into the match, Social y Dep. Patagonia's goalkeeper Tobias Faro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Axel Tasis. After 61 played minutes Social y Dep. Patagonia got a freekick which was hit by Modesto Lehen. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Severo Laurgain kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Efrain Moruga hit a great ball. Social y Dep. Patagonia made a substitution. Lázaro Gau replaced Anastasio Jaen. Social y Dep. Patagonia's Natalio Mergildo was substituted for Severo Laurgain. Arnaldo Bastia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute, Natalio Mergildo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. 82 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Bastia came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Natalio Mergildo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Sanz was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Mergildo in the 85th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute Social y Dep. Patagonia were awarded a corner. Modesto Lehen went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Modesto Lehen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Benito Sanz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Social y Dep. Patagonia's Natalio Mergildo. But to his dismay, Natalio Mergildo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. 91 minutes into the game, Natalio Mergildo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 13-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
