An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 16th minute of play forced Satyricon Black's goalkeeper Emil Iovulescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute, Cristian Sancho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 24 minutes into the game, Rareș Trifu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Satyricon Black's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. Rareș Trifu hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 28 minutes into the match, Satyricon Black's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Emil Iovulescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cornel Chiru to make the kick off. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornel Chiru in the 54th minute of play. In the 60th match minute, Satyricon Black was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Costel Ciuvică to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bogdan Povară, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 68th minute, Agustín Saelices got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 69th match minute, Satyricon Black was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ioan Pavelescu to maneuver through the defense. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 77th minute. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Felix Montes got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-1. 77 minutes into the match. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emil Iovulescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. Satyricon Black were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cornel Chiru took the corner. In the 82nd match minute, Satyricon Black was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valer Prodan to maneuver through the defense. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Ioan Pavelescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Satyricon Black's supporters rose to their feet, but Ioan Pavelescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 90 minutes into the match, Satyricon Black's goalkeeper Emil Iovulescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Satyricon Black's goalie and right to Luis Andino. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Satyricon Black's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Satyricon Black.
