Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 3 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Juan Sebastián Puig. Daniel Zorita hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute of the match Batéi Félreértés LC got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Roland Bódi ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Roland Bódi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Márton Szuper sped through Ecuador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Vera. After a defensive mix-up in Batéi Félreértés LC's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André Luiz Rosa came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. André Luiz Rosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lóránt Sári, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. André Luiz Rosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Saelices, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after Batéi Félreértés LC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. The corner led to Ecuador's Agustín Saelices getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After 27 played minutes Batéi Félreértés LC got a freekick which was hit by Márton Szuper. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Batéi Félreértés LC's goalkeeper André Luiz Rosa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 33rdth minute of the game Daniel Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Batéi Félreértés LC's André Luiz Rosa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Bódi in the 34th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Roland Bódi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 37 minute of play. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. André Luiz Rosa came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Daniel Zorita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. André Luiz Rosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with André Luiz Rosa in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Zorita in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of André Luiz Rosa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. André Luiz Rosa made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Batéi Félreértés LC's Pál Hudák got a free kick in the 76th minute. Batéi Félreértés LC's Jácint Víg was substituted for Lóránt Sári. A collision led to Batéi Félreértés LC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Pál Hudák hit a great ball. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Batéi Félreértés LC's goalie and right to Agustín Saelices. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Batéi Félreértés LC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jácint Víg in the 83rd minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Batéi Félreértés LC's goalkeeper André Luiz Rosa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Daniel Zorita scored 2-2 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of André Luiz Rosa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 92nd minute, Felix Montenegro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
