In the 17th minute Vic Angelsø shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olavo Henriques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Vedillo in the 24th minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Olavo Henriques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Chorchoj's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Geronimo Salomone scored to the left of an out of position Zheng Jian Yi, making the score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godofredo Remigio in the 35th minute of play forced FC Chorchoj's goalkeeper Zheng Jian Yi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcel Picka's late challenge caught a FC Chorchoj's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcel Picka helped the player get up and apologised. FC Chorchoj's Konrád Kaiser was substituted for Lautaro-Gabriel Martinez. A collision led to Racing Club getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Marcel Picka hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Vic Angelsø made the kick off in the second half. FC Chorchoj's Zheng Jian Yi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godofredo Remigio in the 51st minute of play. Racing Club's Edmond Suetens managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alois Selinger in the 59 minute of the game. Zheng Jian Yi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İskender Baki Sabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Racing Club's Olavo Henriques proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Racing Club from getting a goal against them. 67 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goalkeeper Olavo Henriques had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vic Angelsø. The throw-in from Alois Selinger in the 86th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Racing Club's Edmond Suetens. A collision led to FC Chorchoj getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Edmondo Coco hit a great ball. 92 minutes into the match, Eriberto Kimetz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zheng Jian Yi. FC Chorchoj's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eriberto Kimetz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Many of FC Chorchoj's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. FC Chorchoj may have spent more time on the ball, but Racing Club were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
