Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Filipe Travassos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 7th minute Juan Sebastián Puig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filipe Travassos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filipe Travassos came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 11th minute, Agustín Saelices made a precise shot to the right of Filipe Travassos. Internazionale-RS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Internazionale-RS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Ecuador's Felix Montenegro to fire away a dangerous shot which Filipe Travassos despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 18th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filipe Travassos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Filipe Travassos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 played minutes Internazionale-RS got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Magalhães. Filipe Travassos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Internazionale-RS's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Daniel Zorita sped through Internazionale-RS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Filipe Travassos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 37th minute of play forced Internazionale-RS's goalkeeper Filipe Travassos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Filipe Travassos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filipe Travassos. Filipe Travassos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filipe Travassos. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-9 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Filipe Travassos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Filipe Travassos came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Luis Andino. But to his dismay, Luis Andino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. Filipe Travassos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Camilo Gisbert showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-11 in the 60 minute of play. Antonio Arias took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filipe Travassos. Filipe Travassos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-12. Agustín Saelices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Filipe Travassos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 72nd minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filipe Travassos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-13. Filipe Travassos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Sancho's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Rodrigo Magalhães hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Filipe Travassos was out of position in the 82 minute of play, and Antonio Arias capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Antonio Arias really showed his touch with that goal: 0-14. In the 88th minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-16. In the 94th minute, Luis Andino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filipe Travassos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-18. Filipe Travassos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 97th minute. Ecuador played a much better game than Internazionale-RS and deserved their victory. The Internazionale-RS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
