Dante Lacasa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Waud De Geyter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After a rather tough play, Silver Squad AFC's Laurence Soens got a free kick in the 10th minute. Benjamin Carberry recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rogério Paiva hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Waud De Geyter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damazy Radzyminski in the 19th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the game, Frans Van Caubergen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Dante Lacasa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 26th minute of play forced Silver Squad AFC's goalkeeper Waud De Geyter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Waud De Geyter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 34 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benjamin Carberry. Waud De Geyter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Silver Squad AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. Facundo Cadaval kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Waud De Geyter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damazy Radzyminski in the 56th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Silver Squad AFC's Rogério Paiva got a free kick in the 57th minute. Silver Squad AFC's Waud De Geyter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Silver Squad AFC from getting a goal against them. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frans Van Caubergen in the 60th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damazy Radzyminski, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Rogério Paiva hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Waud De Geyter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benjamin Carberry in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Gaona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Waud De Geyter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the match, Silver Squad AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Waud De Geyter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th minute, Lautaro Mancebo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Waud De Geyter. The goal made the score 3-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 82nd minute of play forced Silver Squad AFC's goalkeeper Waud De Geyter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Damazy Radzyminski during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 86 played minutes Silver Squad AFC got a freekick which was hit by Damazy Radzyminski. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Waud De Geyter made a huge save. Mexico's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
