Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ronaldo Martinez kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A. MILO's Cesar Pereyra. But to his dismay, Cesar Pereyra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ildefonso Gonsalvo in the 19th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Luis Andino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bonifacio Roca narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 22 minutes into the game, Luis Andino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Bonifacio Roca was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 25th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bonifacio Roca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Cesar Pereyra who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Julio Vera when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Cesar Pereyras short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Julio Vera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cesar Pereyra had several of the Ecuador's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 33 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Julio Vera as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Cesar Pereyra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Cesar Pereyra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 37th minute, Cesar Pereyra reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Julio Vera. The goal made the score 3-1. Bonifacio Roca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 41st minute of play. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Ecuador booed when C.A. MILO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronaldo Martinez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 47 minutes into the match, C.A. MILO's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Bonifacio Roca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Luis Andino made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that C.A. MILO's Bonifacio Roca managed to reach the ball for a save. Bonifacio Roca didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. After 61 played minutes, C.A. MILO's Cesar Pereyra shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Julio Vera came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in C.A. MILO reached it. After 65 minutes, Felix Montes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ecuador and the C.A. MILO players grew even worse after the yellow card. Felix Montes hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. If Samuel Valgma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 70 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Luis Andino. With a little luck, C.A. MILO's Bonifacio Roca got control of the ball when Agustín Saelices tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bonifacio Roca made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Montenegro in the 85th minute. C.A. MILO's Bonifacio Roca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 87th minute of play. Samuel Valgma charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samuel Valgma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, C.A. MILO's Samuel Valgma got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Ecuador were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
