Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) GOMEZ F.C.'s Henry Ritter started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Silvain Labrouche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of GOMEZ F.C. booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gisbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Weather Manglano managed to get in a good position for a shot. GOMEZ F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Weather Manglano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonatan Chaime recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henry Ritter got free with Julio Vera in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 24th minute, Felix Montes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 27th minute of play forced GOMEZ F.C.'s goalkeeper Silvain Labrouche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henry Ritter in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 36th minute of play forced GOMEZ F.C.'s goalkeeper Silvain Labrouche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. George Somellera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvain Labrouche having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonatan Chaime, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. GOMEZ F.C.'s Weather Manglano was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Chaime in the 68th minute of play. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Ritter in the 71st minute of play. Silvain Labrouche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 74th minute of the match. After some careless play in the GOMEZ F.C. defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silvain Labrouche. The GOMEZ F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silvain Labrouche should have stopped the shot. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonatan Chaime's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. GOMEZ F.C.'s Silvain Labrouche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 83rd minute of play. In the 87th match minute, GOMEZ F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Borja Zumiza to maneuver through the defense. Henry Ritter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Borja Zumiza fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GOMEZ F.C.'s protests and gave Borja Zumiza a yellow card for diving instead. After 91 played minutes GOMEZ F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Borja Zumiza. It was beautiful to see Ecuador's Luis Andino in action when he in the 93rd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 94th match minute, GOMEZ F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago-Tomas Gentiletti to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, GOMEZ F.C.'s Silvain Labrouche got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
