The supporters of Arroyito FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 11 minute of play, and Gabriel-Omar Santirso capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Miroslav Kvita really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 27 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gervasio Unax. In the 28th minute Gabriel-Omar Santirso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Carlos Navarro Montoya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel-Omar Santirso in the 35th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Gabriel-Omar Santirsos short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Arroyito FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Illescas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gabriel-Omar Santirso to strike the kick off in the second half. But to his dismay, Moises Rojelio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After 72 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. When Arroyito FC's Moises Rojelio in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. Tomas Illescas in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Carlos Navarro Montoya, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Venezuela's Tomas Illescas in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Arroyito FC's goalie prevented a goal. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Carlos Navarro Montoya made a huge save. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Etor in the 89th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Arroyito FC fully deserved thier win.
