Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dukaton f.c.'s Coos van Ankeren started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Coos van Ankeren. Foeke Wisgerhof made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Foeke Wisgerhof despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 8 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Foeke Wisgerhof was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 10th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Foeke Wisgerhof. Dukaton f.c.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 15th match minute, Dukaton f.c. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Atsma to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Foeke Wisgerhof saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Montenegro in the 22nd minute of play forced Dukaton f.c.'s goalkeeper Foeke Wisgerhof to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Montes kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Lukas Blaauwgeers had several of the Ecuador's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 26 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Julio Vera as he didn't even see the shot coming. Foeke Wisgerhof took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lukas Blaauwgeers in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute Dukaton f.c. were awarded a corner. Lukas Blaauwgeers went to the cornerflag to take it. Uriel Batista kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. If Agustín Saelices had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Dukaton f.c. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Daniel Zoritas short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Foeke Wisgerhof to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 56 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Foeke Wisgerhof, 1-3. Lukas Blaauwgeers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the game, Svetlozar Chukovski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dukaton f.c.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. Luis Andino hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. When Felix Montenegro came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Montenegro couldn't finish the play. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Coos van Ankeren in the 85th minute of play. In the 88th minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Foeke Wisgerhof saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Foeke Wisgerhof having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ecuador walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
