Eugen Zoch who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Marco Day when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 79th minute, Feyenoord Malinovo's Peter Németh dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers.
