Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Montevideo City Torque's Yves Passot started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Yves Passot received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Thiago Pliego came out and tried to block the shot, but Yves Passot slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 9 minutes, Yves Passot managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Montevideo City Torque's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yves Passot was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 14th minute Guillermo Fontirroig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christophe Troxler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Yves Passot came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Montevideo City Torque's Yves Passot. But to his dismay, Yves Passot quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Montevideo City Torque's Christophe Troxler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 25th minute of play. Yves Passot struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Thiago Pliego didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Montevideo City Torque. Thiago Pliego was a little too slow when Yves Passot got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 3-0. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christophe Troxler read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Christophe Troxler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Casaus in the 39th minute of play. Alkestis Papadopulos kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yves Passot got free with Thiago Pliego in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Christophe Troxler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 53 minutes, Mariano Lacasa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chile's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariano Lacasa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mariano Lacasa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Christophe Troxler when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Montevideo City Torque made a substitution. Agustín Álvarez replaced Yves Passot. Montevideo City Torque's Gu Sha Zhen quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Xavier Figueroa, made in the 62nd minute of the game. Montevideo City Torque's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Mariano Lacasa scored to the left of an out of position Christophe Troxler, making the score, 3-1. Agustín Álvarez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pliego having to interfere. Agustín Álvarez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thiago Pliego having to make a save. 71 minutes into the match, Montevideo City Torque's goalkeeper Christophe Troxler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. Chile's Mariano Lacasa got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thiago Pliego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Agustín Álvarez's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Montevideo City Torque's Christophe Troxler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Montevideo City Torque from getting a goal against them. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agustín Álvarez in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thiago Pliego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christophe Troxler having to make a save. With a little luck, Montevideo City Torque's Christophe Troxler got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, Montevideo City Torque could leave the field as winners, despite Chile having more of the ball for most of the match.
