Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) A.D Garotos do Vale's Clemente Machado started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Clemente Machado kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. After 7 played minutes A.D Garotos do Vale got a freekick which was hit by Túlio Tinoco. In the 8th minute, Tomas Illescas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Venezuela fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. If Clemente Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 15 in the game by Clemente Machado from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Ferrant managed to make a qualified save. Venezuela's players were relieved. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franklin Montenegro having to interfere. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 32 minutes into the match, A.D Garotos do Vale's goal looked a bit too open when Jose Correa came free, but Franklin Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clemente Machado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. In the 37th minute, Cido Capixaba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. In the 41st minute, Clemente Machado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, A.D Garotos do Vale's Sidney Castro got a free kick in the 44th minute. Cido Capixaba kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Franklin Montenegro having to make a save.

Venezuela's Patricio Costa quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Túlio Tinoco, made in the 54th minute of the game. 55 minutes into the match, A.D Garotos do Vale's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Franklin Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the game, A.D Garotos do Vale's Clemente Machado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. In the 69th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Mina to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Machado, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute, Sidney Castro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldinho Lima in the 79th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 81 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sidney Castro who took care of the corner kick. After a defensive mix-up in A.D Garotos do Vale's zone, Patricio Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Franklin Montenegro came out of the goal and Patricio Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Tomas Illescas took a quick shot and it went in 5-2 without a chance for Franklin Montenegro to make any attempt to save it. In the 91st match minute, A.D Garotos do Vale was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cido Capixaba to maneuver through the defense. When Túlio Tinoco fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A.D Garotos do Vale's protests and gave Túlio Tinoco a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to A.D Garotos do Vale getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Túlio Tinoco hit a great ball. A.D Garotos do Vale's Franklin Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 96th minute of play. After 98 minutes A.D Garotos do Vale's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Illescas who took care of the corner kick. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Franklin Montenegro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.
