Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Willem-Jan Hollanders didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. Ryan De Werdt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thananiti Cheewawipat in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 15th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willem-Jan Hollanders saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Willem-Jan Hollanders was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Willem-Jan Hollanders saved Les Bistouquettes Bleues from getting behind. In the 17th minute Thananiti Cheewawipat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Thananiti Cheewawipat sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thananiti Cheewawipat in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Bryan Creemers scored 0-3 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Tim Vranken's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. 30 minutes into the match, Thananiti Cheewawipat had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Thananiti Cheewawipat was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thananiti Cheewawipat, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Tim Vranken came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bryan Creemers in the 38th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The wind increased when Thananiti Cheewawipat made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st of the match, Tim Vranken tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Jonathan Ferrant got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 52nd minute, Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Tim Vranken ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. After having played for 56 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Thananiti Cheewawipat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. 62 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Tim Vranken came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Tim Vranken, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 64 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Jonathan Ferrant was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Arsene Van Hamme was substituted for Ryan De Werdt. In the 67th minute, Arsene Van Hamme ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Georges Grün was substituted for Kenny Niewens. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thananiti Cheewawipat in the 72nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 73 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tim Vranken who took care of the corner kick. 75 minutes into the game, one of Venezuela:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Thananiti Cheewawipat walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Les Bistouquettes Bleues made a substitution. Oihan De Toro replaced Tim Vranken. The crowd rose to their feet as Thananiti Cheewawipat kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 0-8 in the 79 minute of play. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Willem-Jan Hollanders tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dany-Adams Coeckelberghs in the 86th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 87 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dany-Adams Coeckelberghs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
