Cezar Prunaru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Iacob Stoicescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iacob Stoicescu in the 12th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iacob Stoicescu in the 12th minute of play. The supporters of Arabesque -MM- booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arabesque -MM-'s David Mitu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 16th minute of play. Petru Cristocea struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arabesque -MM-. The audience was convinced that Iacob Stoicescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rigoberto Mina hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the match, Arabesque -MM-'s Petru Cristocea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Mitu having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 36th minute of play forced Arabesque -MM-'s goalkeeper David Mitu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Patricio Costa's late challenge caught a Arabesque -MM-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patricio Costa helped the player get up and apologised. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Arabesque -MM-'s Iacob Stoicescu. But to his dismay, Iacob Stoicescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Arabesque -MM-'s David Mitu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 59th minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Cezar Prunaru came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iacob Stoicescu in the 65th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arabesque -MM-'s David Mitu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Arabesque -MM- from getting a goal against them. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezar Prunaru in the 74th minute of play. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Arabesque -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Moise didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Mitu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Venezuela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Illescas in the 91st minute. David Mitu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 93rd minute. When Olimpiu Bărbuceanu fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arabesque -MM-'s protests and gave Olimpiu Bărbuceanu a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Arabesque -MM- getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Olimpiu Bărbuceanu hit a great ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Arabesque -MM- fully deserved thier win.
