Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Remigiusz Gabis started the match with the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Reza Abdi in the 4th minute of the match. In the 5th minute of the match Red Army got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hossein Fatehi ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Red Army's corner Hossein Fatehi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Ferrant quite easily take care of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Remigiusz Gabis in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Red Army fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Red Army's Remigiusz Gabis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 20th match minute, Red Army was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaveh Bayat to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Remigiusz Gabis's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Red Army was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rostam Mansourian didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute, Tomas Illescas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 29 minutes, Patricio Costa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Red Army players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nils Elmhuus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 32nd minute of the match. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute Ali Karimi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Salvador Gisbert fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Salvador Gisbert a yellow card for diving instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Remigiusz Gabis's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Remigiusz Gabis got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 56 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. In the 59th minute, Remigiusz Gabis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 0-3. Ricardinho Maia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 65th minute of play forced Red Army's goalkeeper Nils Elmhuus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Red Army's Ricardinho Maia got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 78th minute of the match Rostam Mansourian sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigiusz Gabis in the 80th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Nils Elmhuus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Rostam Mansourian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 91st minute, Remigiusz Gabis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 0-5. When the final whistle sounded Red Army left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Venezuela.
