In the 5th minute of the match Otero Moreno sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Demonde Jacobson skillfully saved the ball. Romon Oliver hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. 杜烨川 kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Borys Gniech hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Finlay Stair who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Hermelando Rey when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of El Kiwy Mecanico booed when Jamaica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romon Oliver didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd minute, Romon Oliver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Finlay Stair came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Jamaica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Finlay Stair couldn't finish the play. In the 44th match minute, El Kiwy Mecanico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rubén Griego to maneuver through the defense. Finlay Stair, 45 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Finlay Stair to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Karlus Waugh ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hermelando Rey was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After 55 minutes, Lazaro Clos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Kiwy Mecanico and the Jamaica players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 59th minute, Wayan Freeman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Jamaica booed when El Kiwy Mecanico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rubén Griego didn't get a good kick on the ball. Finlay Stair took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hermelando Rey. El Kiwy Mecanico's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hermelando Rey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karlus Waugh in the 65th minute of play. Kordal Duff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lazaro Clos kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After 78 played minutes El Kiwy Mecanico got a freekick which was hit by Otero Moreno. Geroy Ascue charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Geroy Ascue the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Jamaica getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Geroy Ascue hit a great ball. In the 85th minute Finlay Stair shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermelando Rey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leron Sale in the 88th minute of play forced El Kiwy Mecanico's goalkeeper Hermelando Rey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Demonde Jacobson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lazaro Clos in the 93rd minute.
