The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the match, GERLIROJO Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Andres Lastur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andres Lastur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Martin Jax's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Noboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. In the 17th minute Milagros Fraga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Lastur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Emmanuel Reyes hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, GERLIROJO Ψ's Furtado Ozaolaza got a free kick in the 21st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Eliseo Mina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliseo Mina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andres Lastur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Julian Murillo sped through GERLIROJO Ψ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Andres Lastur. Andres Lastur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 38thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GERLIROJO Ψ's Andres Lastur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 40th minute, Luz Tejedor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Andres Lastur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julian Murillo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Lastur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Mina in the 54th minute of play forced GERLIROJO Ψ's goalkeeper Andres Lastur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andres Lastur made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Milagros Fraga sent off a good shot on target. GERLIROJO Ψ's Aquilino Ihintza was substituted for 姚坤森. Emmanuel Reyes made in the 62nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Milagros Fraga however managed to control. Julian Murillo in the 65thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Andres Lastur, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Andres Lastur stood somewhat misplaced when Julian Murillo came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 65 minute. In the 69th minute, Luz Tejedor made a precise shot to the right of Andres Lastur. GERLIROJO Ψ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. GERLIROJO Ψ's Epifanio Ibañez was substituted for Martin Jax. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 75th minute of play forced GERLIROJO Ψ's goalkeeper Andres Lastur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. GERLIROJO Ψ's Epifanio Ibañez got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Peru's Andres Lastur threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rafael Gallo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Andres Lastur was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Antonio Tenorio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Antonio Tenorio really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. If Antonio Tenorio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andres Lastur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Gallo in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Peru left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than GERLIROJO Ψ.
